Hi there I have got a Samsung galaxy s7 edge on contract would like to express my disappointment from poorly trained customer advisors, been in after sales myself and to be told to go to Samsung when you have a responsibility as my network provider who supplied my phone and various staff telling me different things from sitting on my phone to dropping it or getting water in it * the phone is advertised as water proof I might add but still never been any where near water ! I have a red line appeared down my screen through no fault of my own to be told it's one of three things and to have the buck passed between Samsung and yourselves is disgusting ! I would like a end solution to this issue please could some one from customer services please reply on this thread so I can please get this issue resolved by yourselves.
