Hi I'm paying for two different contracts with different numbers and phones. I ordered a upgrade for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra but instead I got the apple IPhone 15 Pro Max. I've returned the wrong order and got the right one but now I'm paying for the iPhone on my old number, so how do I cancel that without paying?

I did phone them yesterday but they didn't remember help much plus the wait times are awful.
