Samsung Tab S4 keyboard book case

Hi sorry if I'm in the wrong board

I hope someone can help. I bought the keyboard case from O2 to go with the Samsung Tab S4.

I've put it in the case and put it on the pins but nothing happens. I can manually put it into the dex desktop but the keyboard doesn't work. Is there a setting I need to do for it to work or could it be faulty.

Any help would be appreciated

@littleoz the one I use on my Tab is bluetooth.

Is yours the same? If so, you'll need to turn on your bluetooth and pair it to the keyboard.

It's the official one that's £129.99 on O2 shop. I had Bluetooth on but nothing still showed up. I'll give it another go though

  • Looks like it could be a trip to the local O2 shop see if it's faulty

I've got an appointment tomorrow morning at the o2 store. Hopefully will get it sorted or a replacement.
