Hi, has anyone else had any trouble receiving a promotional voucher? I bought a Z folder 6 on the last day of the promotion, 11/09, and I'm still waiting for the voucher with the code... I called 202 and they said I had to wait up to 30 days to receive the code, but if I wait up to 30 days, the promotion will expire... Does anyone know what I should do?

The promo won't expire as you have more time to claim.

The T&C's state that you have to wait 30 days too.

If it helps for context, I placed my order at the earliest possible moment and got mine on day 1.

 

I received my voucher code today...
