O2 Switch Up

Hi. I am looking to upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro using switch up. Can anyone tell me what checks the store do when switching up in store? I ask because the volume on my current iPhone isn’t as loud, so I think the speakers may be damaged.

why am I finding it so difficult to get a contact no. for customer services to ugrade as I dont speak to virtual bots.Any help appreciated
