Resolve my credit file

I need my credit file to be resolved as i have paid off the outstanding debts for a year now and sent mails to creditfilereferrals@o2.com concerning this issue but i am yet to receive the reply or resolved problem.

I will do that. Thanks very much, i resend an email 8 hours ago and i still havent received any reply. Sent a post and i hope it will be answered. I wonder why there is no telephone contact for that.
