Reporting my phone stolen

Myself and my wife have been trying to report our phones stolen all day. Is there and email I can use to inform O2. I can not speak owith anyone via the phone nothing appears to be working when I am asked to press a number.

You need to keep trying. They are supposed to be 24/7 and shame there isn't a direct number.
