Hi all, looks like I'll be sending my device off to be repaired - I've not had to do this for some years, do they still hand out basic phones as a replacement or have they given out something a bit more smart related?

There are no loan phones these days, sad to say.

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
