I have just phoned o2 to renew my contract. I spoke to a women that was very rude. When i was finishing speaking to her and ordering a new phone. I asked how long the phone would take as i am a lorry driver and will not be at home in the week. Her reply was just wait and aspect the terms and it will come through to your emails when it will get delievered. I asked if it could be sent to a o2 shop. She replied it had to come to my home address. I have checked on this website and i can have it delievered to a o2 shop. I really don't want to phone up to speak to any body as the women has put me off. So how do i change it so it gets delieved to the 02 shop

As far as the customer advisor being rude is concerned, you could consider making a complaint :-

I suggest that you make it clear when you called so that the complaints' handler can easily identify the call recordings to listen to.
