Hello. I have recently transfered to O2 last June 22 to avail the Samsung Galaxy Ear Buds for £1 bundle with the plan. However, I have yet to receive the voucher. Anyone of yous have the same issue?

You're not alone, I've had the same issue and looking at the O2 social pages comments so have a lot of others, no idea as to why or reason.
I got a friend who works at O2 and going ask him tomorrow.

Yeah I'm in the same boat too, my 30 days are just up and the number of these threads is a bit of a concern.... I've messaged the fbook page this morning so will see what they come back with.

I'm also waiting for the magical code, tweeted them Friday, still waiting for a reply, sent an Instagram message Saturday...still waiting, messaged o2ryan first thing this morning, still waiting.

I'm still waiting also. Contacted them on many occasions and had nothing but excuses and being told to wait and wait and wait. Its an absolute shambles to say the least!

I had the same issue. A known problem with the offer. They told me they'd send some to me for free within 3 days plus £10 credit on my account as compensation. Have received neither and it's a week later. Absolute shambles, considering giving permissions for my wife to talk to them and let her loose. 🤬

O2 are refusing to deliver the code. They are misleading and lying to customers at this point. Still yet to receive mine after. Advisors refuse to give a code. Case raised and still nothing done
