I'm still waiting also. Contacted them on many occasions and had nothing
but excuses and being told to wait and wait and wait. Its an absolute
shambles to say the least!
Over a month later and o2 are still ignoring the situation! Passing
people from pillar to post. I can't even get them so send me a code,
they just offer money off my bill as a good will gesture. This is
getting beyond a joke now!
