We upgraded our phones two weeks ago to the S23.
The offer was we get a voucher for £218 off Galaxy Ear Buds, so we will only pay £1 for them.
I have checked all texts, emails, plus package and no code arrived.
Anyone else having the same issues?

Hi, does anyone know if I will receive this code having used O2 Switch Up to 'upgrade' to the S23 Ultra today? It's a new contract etc after all so I'd assume so? Thanks in advance!

You should do, but you will have to wait until the 30days have passed.

I too have waited more than 30 days and still not received the promised code. Asked in store, the pathetic answer was, "wait some more, it will come". I'm now at 36 days, and still cannot get an answer from anyone in O2 as to where my code is, and why hasn't it come?

Been in contact many times over the last 14 days and keep getting told a code will be sent in 48 hours .. it still hasn't arrived.. I have just raised a complaint now

I bought new phone end of June, still waiting for code. Keep chasing and getting told to keep waiting. But one chat message said offer runs out 5th September!

You need to contact o2, call 202 from your o2 phone, or 0344 809 0202 from any of the other phones, and ask them for the code or to chase it up..
