Hi, I have recently just ordered an Apple Pencil online from o2, however i ended up buying it the next day in store. Does anyone know how to cancel the online order? If not can I return the online order to my local shop once I receive it ?

The safest way would be to return it under the change of mind policy.

Call customer service to see if they can cancel
You cannot return it instore, you need to send it back with the returns label supplied with the pen if you can't cancel.

You'd need to go to the store and reject it.

The store would then return it to O2 and cancel the order.

I would think it's to late to stop it from being sent to store now.

Thank you, however they have closed there call times now. I’ll have to wait for the package to arrive at the store. If I return that package do I need to pay ?
