Just had 4 random charges to my o2 account for Microsoft Store totalling over £70. No idea what they are and how to stop it. Any ideas??

You need to ask Microsoft as O2 just pass on the charges.

Hi

Thanks for responding and I will do that but just so I can understand a bit more...

I don't have a Microsoft account set up so I'm not understanding how these charges have been linked to my new mobile number?

Thanks

Anyone with a windows pc has a Microsoft account and purchases can be made using your mobile number.

This may not be you but it would be someone who knows your details.

They are usually in app purchases or game downloads.
