Porting a number but keeping the service

I signed up to a Virgin Volt deal which included an unlimited O2 sim.

I ported my existing number across but realise this was a BIG mistake.

I am finding the O2 service very poor indeed.

Lack of coverage and when there is a good signal there is no usable capacity. This will not be fixed by switching my phone off and on again.

Can I port my number to another network and keep my service so I retain the virgin volt deal? (Writing off the cost of an unusable service).

E.g. can I get a payg sim and exchange the numbers?

@notdodgy I'm pretty sure you can't do that: Volt Megaguide - O2 Community

You can ask O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
