I recently sent back a phone upgrade still sealed and all within the 14 days return time, I spoke to an advisor after being cut off and then waiting another hour to speak to someone, They told me the phone wasn't back with them yet royal mail tracking clearly showed that if was with them, also I asked about a refund on my early upgrade fee that I paid and I was told I would be refunded for the amount, Here I am almost a week after and no refund! I have 2 accounts with O2 and I will finishing up with these and moving to another network, Years spent with O2 and this is how I'm treated. Absolute shambles of a service.

It was sent using the form that they provided me with, since then they have acknowledged that they have received it but it's the refund that's the issue. If they fail to return the refund to me then I will cancel the direct debit

@Ninjawarrior1 Do not cancel any Direct Debit. That always leads to credit problems down the road. I will ask an O2 advisor to look into this, but they won't be on until 8 am tomorrow.

Live chat never works, it's always said to try later...Also I don't have spare hours again to wait for a telephone conversation with an O2 representative only to be told lies again..Lost all faith

@Ninjawarrior1 The advisors I've tagged are not Live Chat. They are O2 account advisors. One of them will reach out to you tomorrow via private message through this site and hopefully resolve your issue.
