Poor treatment by O2 customer service

I recently sent back a phone upgrade still sealed and all within the 14 days return time, I spoke to an advisor after being cut off and then waiting another hour to speak to someone, They told me the phone wasn't back with them yet royal mail tracking clearly showed that if was with them, also I asked about a refund on my early upgrade fee that I paid and I was told I would be refunded for the amount, Here I am almost a week after and no refund! I have 2 accounts with O2 and I will finishing up with these and moving to another network, Years spent with O2 and this is how I'm treated. Absolute shambles of a service.
