Solved: Blue light discount education staff

Hi bought a new phone/contract and trying to apply blue light discount within the month. What do I do? I did get to a part where it asked for email and it is not accepting. Do I need a code. What do I type to get OPEN to accept blue light card in 1st place? TIA
