Received a call allegedly from O2 that my Sim needs replacing Barely intelligible Something to do with Virgin? Assume it’s a scam? Present one working so ignoring Any guidance ?

O2 are replacing old 3g sims for those who don't have a newer 4 or 5g sim.
Sadly the scum know this and are using it as a tactic to gain account access.
If your sim is at least 4g, ignore it. If you have an older 3g sim, go in store with photo ID for a free replacement.
