I waited all day for my phone delivery and it got returned to depot at 9pm and it still not been processed for delivery today. Will this be delivered today? DHL didn't even get to my address

We, as customers, have no way of knowing the only people who can answer are the 

Sales team, you can call them on 0800 081 0255

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
