Text LOYALTY to 21500 with your phone number ..nothing happens

When I was sold my sim 2 year contract was told it would be 15£ for the first month then 12 on from that 

the salesperson on WhatsApp just asked me are there other o2 customers in household I said yes he said great 

 

I was to text loyalty to 21500 

have done this several times and they either say there’s a problem or they never get back

ive tried with adding my other half’s o2 number as well as mine 

 

 

latest text said get back to you in 72 hours and that was on Tuesday morning 

will I ever get this multi save discount
