@Charlie12 If you haven't been given a delivery date it's probably because the phone you ordered is out of stock. O2 doesn't use a live stock reporting system, so even if it says the phone is in stock on the website it doesn't necessarily mean that it is. Pretty antiquated and not very helpful for customers. You will receive an email with a tracking number when the phone is in stock and is shipped.
