My screen got smashed this morning so I cannot make any calls. I went to the O2 store in Sutton where they told me to use the chat on here?! I need to speak to someone to make an insurance claim for a repair or replacemant. Please someone help with an email address or something....I am going insane & need my phone for work. Thanks

You need to use another phone or Skype to call O2.
