Paypal texts not arriving

Recently my PayPal second authorisation texts have not been coming through, I've been in touch with PayPal who advised me to try to reactive the function but after doing this the texts still do not come through. Anyone encountered similar and know a way to resolve it?

Have you accidentally blocked the number in your phone?

Personally I haven't had a problem but it may be worth deleting and reinstalling the app. Reboot in between.

Hi @EmilieT I have just attempted these and to no avail. The number is not blocked and I have tried reinstalling the app, the issue persists

So I'm having no issues with other texts, they all cone through with no issues. My signal in this area has been pretty good and has allowed me to receive these texts with no issues until recently

One can only assume it's a Paypal issue of some sort then,,,,,?

I think you will find that this is a PayPal problem rather than O2.

I get texts and emails from Paypal once I make a purchase and I have made a lot online recently. Both continue to come through with no issue.

Suggest you should be contacting Paypal.
