Paypal texts not arriving

Recently my PayPal second authorisation texts have not been coming through, I've been in touch with PayPal who advised me to try to reactive the function but after doing this the texts still do not come through. Anyone encountered similar and know a way to resolve it?

I contacted them firstly and after speaking with them they have said it is O2

It's much easier to blame someone else that fix the issue.
If all other texts are coming through and you haven't blocked the number, what else could O2 be doing to cause the issue?

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
