You will have been issued a temporary number while we move your number over to us. If this was done in the last 24 hours, it still might not have moved over yet.
If your number has not moved over by Tuesday or your PAC number is due to expire, I would recommend contacting O2 from your phone on 202 on Monday.
If you lose service, I would recommend restarting your phone from time to time.
Hopefully your number will move over soon.
