Has anyone had any problems with o2 recycle? I recently sent my old device to them using the prepaid postage they provided. The royal mail say my package was delivered on the 4th of February. I keep getting emails from o2 recycle saying they haven't received my order, I reply to them but never get a reply back, whenever I phone its all busy. Any other options? Who do i complain to?

You could try to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
