I sent my phone back to o2 recycle over two weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything from them. I emailed them on Friday and only received an automated response saying reply’s are taking around 48hrs. It’s been over 48hrs even if you don’t include the weekend. Should I be worried or is this normal? I’m sure when I last sent them my old phone it was much quicker.
