I recently upgraded my phone and my wife’s phone and as I qualify for O2 open was told I would get 40% airtime discount and my wife would get 25%. I’ve registered and obtained my 40% but how do I get the wife’s 25%?

I think your wife may be eligible for family plan.

Nope, never got it sorted out. Called to local O2 store and spoke with staff, apparently o2 changed the rules AFTER we upgraded but before I applied for my codes ( 3 -4 day delay as O2 delayed sending the codes when I applied through work so I had to apply with payslips etc) I feel ripped off and conned by O2 over this, ok it’s only £5 a month but over 2 years it’s £120! I nearly changed to Voda this renewal and wish I had now
