Hi

I was searching online to seek a resolution to a mobile phone fraud.

I have discovered an application in my name for a phone (22nd June).  I have also had this with Vodaphone and Virgin Mobile who are currently dealing with the matter.  The phone has not been delivered yet.

I did not order this phone and need to check if i have an application in progress with O2.

Please can you help progress this matter ?

Many thanks

Andrew
