O2 mobile broadband payment problems

I use O2 mobile broadband pay as you go when I'm out of my office but recently as I try and pay for data I'm unable to complete the transaction.

I get as far as putting in my card details and it says processing payment then I get a Windows Explorer Internet connection error and it won't process it further.

Can anyone help? It's a real pain not being able to connect my laptop to the Internet!

You would have to ask O2 why the payemnts aren't going through.

 

You could try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps.
