O2 insurance during covid19

Hi all , so I will need to use o2 insurance, do I still have to phone them up? ( normally it would take fair few minutes to get through as they busy but now I suppose it will take a lot longer as they short of the staff maybe as well as lot of people trying to phone up as stores r closed ) or can I just fill some form online perhaps? Also my sisters phone back glass is cracked, can that be fixed under her o2 insurance? Or they fix just front screen and other components of the phone ?

@Ea-7 Both you and your sister will have to call to make insurance claims.

Thank you, do you know maybe if they will accept my sisters claim even if it’s just for the back glass ? Front is fine just few deep scratches
