Hi all, ordered iPhone X before midnight yesterday(4/7/2018) and meant to be delivered by UK mail between 6-10pm..which never happen and I didn’t have no email or text from them all day just email from o2 saying your order it’s on it’s way with track...

My internet does not work in my iPhone 6 for few hours same was yesterday, i turn Off the phone and check optiond but it do not help

If I have iPhone6 (pay monthly) and wanna unlock cuz I travel a lot in year to another country,what can I do?ask then or what?Thanks for help 
