How do i get a reciept for the phone as i am trying to claim m a free gift from huawei and i dont have one

Your contract and bills are both stored in MyO2 as pdf and will work, if contract. Guide: How-to guide for My O2 

Otherwise the receipt you got when you bought the phone, if PAYG, will shoe number and IMEI.
