Hi

 

I've recently replaced my iPhone at the app store and thought I'd add the O2 Wifi app again, when I try to register my number on it I get the error:

 

Registration

Mac address already exists If this problem persists, please contact O2 Wifi.

 

I've deleted all the devices in the o2wifi website, and tried multiple times but can't get it to work!  Tried to find an email address to report the problem but not had any luck either!

 

Any help would be appreciated!!

I removed all my devices, but it didn't help.

Have you text "wifi" to 2121 to reset your mac address ?
