O2 Wifi Cannot Register Phone

Hi

I've recently replaced my iPhone at the app store and thought I'd add the O2 Wifi app again, when I try to register my number on it I get the error:

Registration

Mac address already exists If this problem persists, please contact O2 Wifi.

I've deleted all the devices in the o2wifi website, and tried multiple times but can't get it to work!  Tried to find an email address to report the problem but not had any luck either!

Any help would be appreciated!!

You need to contact O2, and by contact I mean call them, don't use the chat function on here!

Every time I visit a Sizzling Pub I have to put in my phone number and verification code, dispirited me registering. I have cookies enabled and I have tried different browsers on my mobile. Any ideas anyone?

Have you tried other o2 wifi or tried the manual account creation here https://www.o2wifi.co.uk/signup

Devices can be added and removed on the O2 Wi-Fi site at the address above.

does the same at another sizzling pub. Tried removing my account and re-registering, but same issue..
