Hello,
I'm currently experiencing problems with the network coverage in Ballycastle. The coverage checker shows that the signal should be good inside and outside where I'm staying but the signal is sporadic. Its unpredictable, certain locations will provide good signal however in other circumstances the phone will come in and out of signal at will, without being moved.
Does anyone know who I can report this issue to? If there is no issue and that's just the coverage we get I don't mind, however they should update the coverage checker so that it shows only good outdoor cover.

The service status page only shows a good signal for 2G, so have you tried turning 3G off:

Only by reporting the issue can it be resolved when in coverage call 202 pay monthly or 4445 payg and get any others affected to call as well.
