Got quoted £225 for my iPhone 7 Plus, it’s immaculate! Honestly no damage whatsoever. I even returned it in the recycle pack that was sent plus bubble wrap! And this morning they have said £46.20 due to • Screen damage : Discoloured area on LCD (shading) what a joke!!!! How can they lie like this? I’m now concerned that it will be returned damaged so I have spoken to O2 (not recycling dept) and will wait to see what condition it is in when it is returned. If my old phone is not how I sent it I will escalate this further

Not uncommon unfortunately.
No idea why anyone would use o2 when you can walk into CEX and walk out with top money.

Hi @Maggiemoo they are notorious for lowering the quote. We see many complaints on here. Have you taken photos of it’s condition before you sent it? You can complain using this link. Resolver gets the best results

It's such a pity people don't come here until it's too late. It would save them a lot of stress.

When you get the phone back take it straight to CEX and get the best price for it @Maggiemoo

I advised CEX as I sold some stuff to CEX on Saturday and was in and out in a few mins.

I took the voucher option as you get even more money that way so now I've just got to decide what to spend my dosh on slight_smile

I've also bought some damn good stuff from there as well. My Z2 tablet is still working perfectly....:smileywink:

I've not actually bought anything since my Z3 tablet but traded a few things for vouchers, so I have quite a stash now wink
