Same problem; priority moments account suspended. Long phone calls to Bt to no avail; operator stated that they would 'email head office and reply to me within 14 days by email' - No response now 28 days later.

Hard to make sense of this. Any one at Bt got any suggestions? Dan, did you get this sorted and if so, how?

Hi all, how do I find Abs or is it now Toby? After hours spent on this frustrating suspended moments password lark. And several calls to not trained customer services "use the pop up box" which as you all know turns out to be vitual Lucy who doesn't recognise your question, I'm just argggghhhhh right now. Any found this site, in which I have obviously registered in hope to finally be able to resolve this nonsense of suspended account as yes entered password wrong.

Rant over could someone please help!?!
