Hi all, I recently upgraded my contract. I used to have O2 Open on my previous contract but for some reason it will not let me add it to my new contract. It says my number is eligible but when I try to proceed it says there is a technical error.
I have tried multiple times to do this. The only thing I can think of is I haven't used the new SIM that came with my new phone. Would I need to use the new SIM and transfer my number to that and try again?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

If you have the new iPhone then it is not eligible for Open discounts until supply is not an issue @Juxta2022
