i wanna close my account. i connected with experts on 18th Oct but cuz i closed my roaming before so i couldn't get verification code. and i called the number that experts gave me but i couldn't remember the security question (it has been a long time I haven’t used this number and outside uk so I forgot). And now I couldn’t open my o2 app (it told me to update the app but store told me it was removed from the app store ). Also I couldn’t log in my o2 webpage. Anyway it’s hard for me to get in touch with u cross border.
