Hi there,
Any customer can visit O2 store regardless of pay monthly or pay&go with a photo ID to verify their age. All the options are available for all types of customers to complete their age verification (ie via credit card, call, o2 store).
Could you please drop me a PM which particular store has refused to do so or given any different information to you?
More info on Age Verification - O2 Blog. Anything else please do let me know as I'm more than happy to answer your Q's.
Thanks
Abs
