Hi @manslow

Texts don't work over wifi so you'll need to turn it off and use your mobile network signal.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@MI5 Do you know of a workaround by any chance? I'm wondering whether it's possible to divert SMS to a service that runs over Wi-Fi (e.g. email).

Sorry to be dense, but won't texts come through over the network (assuming a connection is made) @MI5?
They might be delayed for a while if there is no coverage, but once signal has been found they should come through without any effort on the part of the user?

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Yes, once a network connection is established @gmarkj.
@manslow facebook messenger runs on wifi so you could try setting that app as default for sms messages.
