How can I set Wi-fi calling as the default when outside the UK where roaming charges are excessive e.g. £2/minute to make & receive calls? My iPhone is enabled & set-up but I cannot see how to default to this service? The wifi calling symbol does appear but not always available even when in the same place?

Hi @Proph
I'm afraid wifi calling is not available outside the UK, so you wouldn't be able to use it when abroad..
You can use Whatsapp for free provided the recipient(s) also have Whatsapp on their phone(s).
Welcome to the forum, by the way.

It did, however was not happy with the answer! I am being charged £2/min to receive calls having purchase the International Travel bolt on.

More bad news I'm afraid @Proph as the International bolt on is only for calling from the UK to abroad.
