I have a strong internet and my phone is connected but all of the aps say "No internet connection".  I didn't notice this until I ran out of data for this month and now cannot connect to the internet until this is topped up next month, as I don't want to pay for additional data when I should be using the internet.  Any ideas?

@Susie2161

You will need to add a bolt on until next months allowances start.

If you've used all your allowance you had what you've paid for.

If you have run out of  data you need to buy a bolt on. BOLT ONS

You can do this via the shop.

The data is not the problem, I have only used all my data because my phone will not connect to the internet.  Buying a bolt on will solve the problem until that is used up.

That's what your data is for - to connect to the internet.

The reason I have used all my allowance is because it is using that rather than connecting to the internet.

I think you mean your wifi connection.

Either that, or I am completely lost, sorry.

At home, if you have broadband, you need to use the wifi connection from your broadband provider.

That's what I am trying to use.  My phone settings say I am connected to my home broadband, but none of the aps work and come up with "No internet connection".  I have bought a bolt on and can now use the phone but it is using that data and not from my home broadband.
