No Email Recieved?

Hi all,

 

I ordered a pair of samsung galaxy buds and it said on the order page that I would recieve a confirmation email with all the details of the order, however I didnt recieve the email and the buds arent coming up on my orders. I did manage to download an order receipt

 

Is this unusual? What should I do? Im starting to get a bit worried as the money has been taken out my account.

I did check my spam folder and didn't get an email, however I received a text telling me there was no stock and I would receive another text when stock was available. I'm just assuming since it's an accessory there is no order tracking or anything.

UPDATE:

Just gave the guys a ring there and they've been ready to pick up since the 28th so it's all sorted, apparently I didn't register an email on my account so it was my fault but atleast it's all sorted 😊
