So I've bought a new xbox paying £10 a month for the next 24 months, I plan on paying it off in just a few months. Is there somewhere in the app I can make early/higher payments, I get paid weekly so would be paying each Friday, is the only way to do it to call O2? Or is there a simpler way?.

You gave to call payment management to make addition device payments.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/payment-support
Best time to call is around 8.00am

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
