Hi everyone decided to upgrade my phone today and treat myself to an apple watch to collect at my local o2 store which both was instock for collection today. Now this isn't my first time collecting stuff from the o2 store so I'm aware of how it goes. I confusing emails that seem to congradic each other one says its ready to collect and the other says there getting it ready when I track my order on the app both orders and still on the being processed with the green line going down to ready to collect but I can't collect them because I haven't got the 4 digit codes needed for when they ask for them in the store and don't want it to be a wasted trip I've tried ringing the store but it rings then hangs up and I've been in a queue on 202 now for about an hour and advice please

You need someone to check the status of your order, nobody here on the Forum can do that: contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
