every time I’ve tried to make a online payment towards my Xbox, this has come up. It’s only started in the last two weeks. Anyone else having this problem. I’ve just spoken to o2 who said it’s to do with my spend cap, which is rubbish as I’ve had no problems making payments before these two weeks.

Lots of KYC now done by Microsoft now on the Pay By Mobile side as high number of people claiming fraud when they buy somat and then dont want to pay.
You will need to speak to customer service and ask them to check your spend limit.
