I have recently upgraded to a new device. It was fro same day pick up at a store but updated and the device got sold. It tried to get delivered the day after but returned to the depo due to not being picked up on the same day pickup. How can I pickup a device that’s not there?
I rang 202 and they stated I needed to cancel my device for me to re order to the store or pickup. However customer service says he cannot do it and I need to do it myself but this is not possible? Any advice on what to do please
